Privacy Policy — Cozy Yard Friends

Cozy Yard Friends is a virtual pet game for young children. It does not collect, transmit, or share any data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party services of any kind. The app has no network code at all.

What we collect

Nothing. Specifically, Cozy Yard Friends does not:

• Collect personal information of any kind
• Ask for an email address, birthday, or location
• Require an account or a sign-in of any kind
• Use analytics or crash-reporting services
• Display advertising
• Contain in-app purchases
• Connect to the internet at all
• Access the camera, microphone, photos, or contacts
• Include social features, chat, or links to external websites

Data stored on your device

The game saves your pet's progress — its name, its needs (Tummy, Play, Love, Sparkle), your star balance, and which items you have unlocked — on the device itself, using Apple's standard local storage. The "name your pet" field is stored only on the device and is never transmitted anywhere. This information never leaves the device, is not visible to us, and is deleted permanently if you delete the app.

Children's privacy

Cozy Yard Friends is designed for young children and is safe for them to use unsupervised. Because the app collects no data whatsoever, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. No parental consent mechanism is required, because there is nothing to consent to.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
